Amazing Programing

"As a competitive youth soccer player turned college and club-level rugby athlete, I thought I had a reasonable handle on strength training. But, as I marched towards my late 30s, I became increasingly injury prone. I've worked with (and spent a lot of money on) other trainers, but Andrew was the first who started fundamentally addressing my decades-old body mechanic issues. His back-to-basics approach has not only helped me physically reset my movements and work through a painful back injury, but he's given me a new lease on my athletic life. Andrew's approach should be industry standard."

Elizabeth Petersen, President, Healthcare Division, Simplify Compliance; Former Captain, Boston University Women's Rugby and North Shore Women's Rugby

The old ways aren’t dead. (part 1)

There have been plenty of advancements in the strength and conditioning world over the past 25 years, new pieces of equipment are constantly being invented, technology is being used in a way that it never has before, even the diet of an athlete has changed immensely
